In-Person Pickup
Come pick up your puppy directly from our home. This is our favorite option because it lets you meet the parents, see our environment, and start building trust with your pup from day one.

Nanny Transport
A certified pet nanny accompanies your puppy in-cabin on a direct or connecting flight to the airport nearest you. Your puppy is never alone and never goes in cargo.

Your Puppy Flies First Class — In Someone's Arms
When you can't make the trip to us, we bring the puppy to you — the right way. Our nannies are experienced pet handlers who treat your puppy like their own for the duration of the journey.
Your puppy travels in an airline-approved carrier, in the cabin, with a dedicated person whose only job is keeping them safe, calm, and comfortable.
Book Your Transport
Once your puppy's pickup date is confirmed, we coordinate with our nanny transport network to find the best route and schedule.
Flight Confirmed & Paid
Transport fee and security deposit are collected. You'll receive full flight details including carrier name, flight number, and ETA.
Real-Time Updates
We send photos and updates as the puppy is prepped, at the gate, in the air, and upon landing. You'll never be in the dark.
Airport Handoff
You meet the nanny at baggage claim or arrivals. ID required. Your puppy, paperwork, and comfort kit are handed directly to you.
Delivery Security Deposit Required
For all non-pickup delivery methods (nanny transport and ground transport), we require a fully refundable security deposit in addition to the transport fee.
This deposit is not about distrust — it protects us in the rare event that a buyer is unresponsive, refuses the puppy at delivery, or a situation arises that prevents a successful handoff. Your puppy's welfare always comes first.
The security deposit is returned to you in full upon successful and confirmed delivery of your puppy. Most families receive their deposit back within 24–48 hours of the handoff.
Deposit is held in good faith and returned via the same payment method used to send it. Terms are detailed in your purchase contract.

How far in advance do I book transport?
We recommend booking transport at least 2–3 weeks before your puppy's go-home date to ensure flight and nanny availability.
What ID do I need at pickup?
A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on your purchase contract. Required for every handoff — no exceptions.
What if a flight is delayed or cancelled?
We handle all rebooking coordination. You'll be updated immediately. The security deposit is not affected by delays outside your control.
Can I track the puppy during transport?
Yes — we provide real-time photo updates throughout the journey and notify you at every major milestone: departure, in-flight, landed, arriving.
Does the puppy have food and water during travel?
Yes. Our nannies carry puppy-safe water and small snacks. Puppies are typically calm and often sleep through most of the journey.
When is the transport fee due?
Transport fees and the security deposit are due at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date once the route and nanny are confirmed.
